Indulge in a mouth-wateringly delicious brunch dish, finished off with an Ember mini dessert, washed down with delicious prosecco or mimosas while listening to easy tunes from our resident DJ.

Our highly-skilled chefs can accommodate any special requests or dietary requirements, once they are highlighted at the time of booking.

House Rules

1. Arrive On Time: The table that starts together stays together; tables will be held for a max of 10 minutes for late arrivals. Enjoy Brunch & Bubbles for a period of 90 minutes only.
2. We encourage you to drink responsibility during your visit to Ember. Our team will ensure your water is constantly topped up and we encourage you to drink plenty of it…. it’s free!
3. All good things come to an end, if your table is not required for another guest, you are more than welcome to stay with us longer, or we can try to arrange an alternative area in the Hibernian Bar.
4. Included in the Brunch & Bubbles package, is one Ember Classic Cocktail per person, one dish from the Brunch Food menu and an Ember mini dessert. Our team will provide you with three glasses of prosecco throughout your sitting.
5. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who, in our opinion, appear to be intoxicated. Don’t be that person!
