Join us in Harper’s Restaurant as we immerse you in a mouth-watering, 100% vegan culinary experience. Best-selling cookery author and entrepreneur Roz Purcell will be joining the dinner and will discuss her approach to food and her favourite vegan food and her food journey;
The menu is devised by Helen Costelloe of Kilkenny’s only plant based Café The Cutting Vedge, alongside Harpers Head Chef Cormac Vesey. All five courses will be alive with colour, flavour and nutrition. Both chefs have a passion for good, wholesome nutritious local food. This unique collaboration with Helen and Cormac will deliver an evening of taste sensations for even the non-vegan lover.
Held in the chic, city-centre based Harper’s Restaurant, our evening will begin with a drinks reception from 7:30 pm, catered by our friends at Highbank Orchards. We will then move on to the main event – beautiful 5-course meal, comprised of 100% vegan food, sure to delight everyone (including the die-hard meat eaters!) Don’t miss out on this fabulous event!
