Join us for a night of Latin sounds, steps and tastes with delicious tapas, cocktails, professional dancers, and a chance to embrace your own moves. Hosted by ‘Dancing with the Stars’ judge and KCLR presenter Brian Redmond and featuring
some of Kilkenny’s top dancers, this is a fun night out not to be missed! Enjoy a range of delicious savoury and sweet Brasserie inspired tapas from the culinary team at the Kilkenny Hibernian Hotel. Watch the flare and energy of the professional dancers and after a few cocktails get up and have a go as Brian Redmond leads you in the basic salsa steps, in the ambulant setting of The Brasserie. A fun filled night to kick off your bank holiday weekend in style.

Join The iNUA Collection’s award winning and top Irish mixologist Matheus Gamez, one of the top 20 Mixologists in Ireland, for a special selection of incredible cocktail creations served in style in our Savour Street Cocktail bar at The Brasserie, Hibernian Hotel, Ormonde Street Kilkenny.
Throughout the weekend Matheus will be hosting mixology demonstrations where you can learn the tips and tricks of the perfect cocktail. In between classes he’ll be on hand serving up cocktails and answering your cocktail questions. Come have a drink at the Savour Street Cocktail Bar on this October Bank Holiday weekend!
