Welcome to The Brasserie
A modern chic setting, in a historic Georgian building, serving the finest local ingredients, with our famous French twist – it can only be The Brasserie. While the rich tones, quirky touches and spectacular service are what drives people to our fine-dining restaurant, it’s the quality of food that comes from our kitchen that keeps them coming back time and time again.
A treat for the senses and a reward for the soul, Head Chef Cormac Vesey’s award-winning dishes are made from the best seasonal ingredients sourced directly from local suppliers he knows and trusts. While behind the bar, our unforgettable cocktails are made from the finest internationally renowned spirits and served in style by highly-trained mixologists.
From coffee catch-ups and leisurely lunches, to elegant Afternoon Tea, the sumptuous surroundings of The Brasserie are perfect for a luxurious rendezvous, no matter what time of day. However, to avoid disappointment, we highly recommend making reservations for your preferred dining time. Our highly-skilled chefs can accommodate any special requests or dietary requirements. Simply let us know at the time of booking, so we can accommodate your needs.
The unrivalled passion of our Head Chef Cormac Vesey for local and sustainable produce, is the foundation for our award-winning food offering here at The Brasserie. As such, our menus change seasonally, to adapt to the freshest of flavours.
