Welcome to The Brasserie
Irish Food, French At Heart
A modern chic setting, in a historic Georgian building, serving the finest local ingredients, with our famous French twist – it can only be The Brasserie. While the rich tones, quirky touches and spectacular service are what drives people to our fine-dining restaurant, it’s the quality of food that comes from our kitchen that keeps them coming back time and time again.
A treat for the senses and a reward for the soul, Head Chef Cormac Vesey’s award-winning dishes are made from the best seasonal ingredients sourced directly from local suppliers he knows and trusts. While behind the bar, our cocktail list is developed by our award winning Mixologist, Matheus Gamez, one of the top 20 Mixologists in Ireland. Come and try Matheus’ incredible creations in your local Brasserie served in style by highly-trained mixologists.
Vegan and vegetation options feature heavily on the menus so don’t worry if you or your party have any special requirements, let our team take care of you.
From coffee catch-ups and leisurely lunches, to elegant Afternoon Tea, the sumptuous surroundings of The Brasserie are perfect for a luxurious rendezvous, no matter what time of day. However, to avoid disappointment, we highly recommend making reservations for your preferred dining time. Our highly-skilled chefs can accommodate any special requests or dietary requirements. Simply let us know at the time of booking, so we can accommodate your needs.
